Welcome to Adega (Portuguese for Winery Cellar). The place where history is bottled and waits until it’s time to be enjoyed. I’m a Portuguese born and Kiwi infused certified sommelier who brings my experience across hospitality and wine to the people who love it.

On my journey across Portugal, London, USA, Singapore and New Zealand I have gained my CMS certification, ASI Diploma, WSET Level 3, EBS Mixology, as well secured second place for Best Sommelier of New Zealand in 2024, 2025 and 2026. I feel right at home in some of the most demanding environments, as long as there is wine and people to enjoy it, I’m happy to facilitate the experience.
